I have found that sound bath therapy works well with REIKI attunements, It can be its own independently meditation to calm the overall body, but with the attuning of energy from Reiki, it is very powerful and has advanced benefits and healing properties. Sound bath calms the nerves and the mind. Just as bathing on time can be very therapeutic, a sound bath class is a musical medium used to bring overall and restorative benefits to the mind and body. This form of therapy is now becoming incredibly popular as a wellness craze. Our body has energy centers that connects vital organs in your body, called meridians. Each of those 7 Chakra Centers have a purpose to our wellbeing and general health. they also have specific frequencies withing each one of those meridians. Sacral Chakra (Svadishthana Chakra) Situated below the naval, sacral chakra associated with the emotional body, sensuality and the creativity of mind and the physical body.
Root Chakra (Muladhara Chakra) Root Chakra, located at the base of the spine connects the mind, body and soul to the earth. It focuses on controlling human body’s physical energy and is known to be the root chakra linking to the fundamental needs.
